Getting to the top levels of any computer game that has millions of players globally competing means you need to be on top of your game. You can be a leisurely player, but if you want the bragging rights that come with being in the top levels of games such as Dota 2 and League Legends, then you will need to study the game hard. You can, however, jump a few levels if you are willing to pay.
How do you jump levels?
You can be put in a bracket or division of players higher than your current level just by hiring a boosting service. Boosting your status on the game will mean you get to play versus better players and you get to have more bragging rights over your pals.
Dota 2, which is a very popular MOBA game uses MMR and brackets to determine where you fit in on the game. You will need to play some calibration games before you are rated and put in a bracket. The same applies to League of Legends. In LOL you will be placed in what is known as a division, which is similar to the bracket in Dota 2.
There are some good reasons for people use boosters and also some not so good reasons. This all depends on why you are boosting.
When is it not a good idea to boost?
If you are new to any game like League of Legends or Dota 2, you should not jump straight into boosting. The reason for this is that your understanding of the game is not yet deep enough. There are so many aspects to both these games that you will need time to play, learn, and to do a lot studying on YouTube as well as reading blogs about how to become a better player.
When is a good idea to boost?
Sometimes you have done all the reading up, played perfect games, but you just seem to keep on getting the toxic team members. This can especially be a problem when you are in the lower levels of any game. Players often have not read about the game, wander off and do their own thing, feed early, or cannot play their position very well.
Unfortunately, when you start Dota or LOL, you often can’t wait to become calibrated. After all, it is the ranked games where you will learn the game the quickest. This poses an issue. You may have become a much better player, but you will never get better unless you have better teammates at a higher level.
In this situation only, you can justify boosting your account. Only boost to one level up, and if you feel you are still OK at this level, then boost another level up, until you reach a point you are out of your depth. At this point do not get frustrated. What will happen is you will play backwards for a while.
Once you are at a point where you are learning and holding your own, you know that this is your current real level. From here it will be up to you to improve your play to work your way up. At this point, you should not need your account boosting for a while!
